- Your order number (starts with # — it's in your confirmation email).
- A short description of what you need help with.

- Refund requests: Processed within 3–5 business days.
- General questions & partnerships: 1–3 business days.

Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm local time. Emails sent on weekends get answered first thing Monday morning.
