if any of this sounds familiar...
You didn't sign up to be the family's air-traffic controller.
The barefoot sprint.
One kid can't find shoes. The other's crying about socks. You've got yesterday's coffee on your t-shirt and the bus is six minutes out.
'What's for dinner?'
Asked for the fourth time today. There's chicken in the freezer and half a cucumber. You defrost. Nobody eats it. You order pizza.
The Sunday-night knot.
You've done nothing wrong. But the knot shows up around 8pm every Sunday. You know Monday's coming. You just don't know what Monday holds — the forms, the lunches, the pickup, the after-school thing you can't quite remember. So you scroll instead of sleeping.
and no one else in the house feels this.
two weeks later...
Same week. Same kids. Different house.
Shoes are by the door, because that's what the card says. Nobody asks you where anything is. You drink your coffee while it's still hot.
They ask what's for dinner. You point at the fridge. It's on the sheet, it was on the shopping list, and it's already defrosted.
Sunday took fifteen minutes and a coffee. Monday already knows what it's doing. You put your phone down and go to bed.
None of this is your fault. It's a system problem — and one Sunday is enough to fix it.

Something wrong? We'll sort it out.
The second you check out, every file is right there on your download page — nothing ships, nothing to post back, which is why we don't do change-of-mind refunds on digital downloads. But if something's actually wrong on our end — a file won't open, it's corrupted, or it isn't what this page promised — just email homekeephub@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll sort it. A working file, the right file, or your money back. A real person reads every email, usually same day.

How many pages do I actually get?
51 printable pages in total, plus the 46-prompt ChatGPT pack. That's the 32-page workbook (print + fillable), the 9-page Fridge Command Center pack (monthly calendar, chore chart, meal pad, carpool schedule and more), and the 10-page Kid Routine Cards set (4 routine charts, 4 build-your-own blanks, a star tracker and a reward menu). Every piece is a print-ready PDF you can reprint forever.
Do I need a printer?
For the full experience, yes — the Fridge Command Center Pack and the routine charts are made to be printed and stuck on the fridge. But the 32-page workbook also comes as a fillable version you can type into on an iPad, so you still get plenty without one. A cheap home printer or a single trip to a print shop covers everything.
My kids are 4 and 11 — will it still work?
Yes. The routine charts work for your 4-year-old (picture icons they can follow before they can even read) and just as well for your 11-year-old (written steps they run on their own). One system, both ages.
I've bought other planners and never used them. Why this?
Because it's built around a short Sunday reset, not an aspirational hour-long planning session. If you can pour coffee, you can run this system. And your co-parent can too.
When do I get access?
Instantly. The moment you check out you land on a download page with every file on it — save them straight to your device. Your payment receipt goes to your email separately. The files are yours to keep forever, so download them somewhere safe.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT to use the prompt pack?
No. All 46 prompts work on ChatGPT's free tier, and they're model-agnostic — Claude, Gemini and Copilot give you just as useful an answer. You just copy the prompt, fill in the brackets with your kids' names and ages, and paste.
one decision. one calmer year.
Skip the September spiral.
