Why We Do It This Way
Homeroom Co. sells digital downloads. Once you buy, you can access the files immediately and keep them forever. Most digital-product stores don't offer refunds at all. We do, because we'd rather you actually use the workbook than sit on a purchase you regretted.
How to Request a Refund
- Email homeroomteamco@gmail.com from the email you used at checkout.
- Include your order number (in your purchase confirmation email — starts with #).
- Tell us in one sentence what didn't work. You don't need to justify it; we just want to learn.
We process refunds within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Bank posting times usually add another 3–7 days.
The Fine Print
- Refund window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.
- You keep the files: We don't require you to delete downloaded PDFs or duplicated Notion templates.
- Full refund only: Because it's a bundle, we can't refund individual items within it.
- Chargebacks: Please email us before disputing with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
What Isn't Refundable
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
- Products that were part of a giveaway or promotional gift you didn't personally pay for.
