These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HomeKeep Hub store and any products, downloads, or services offered through it (the "Services"). By placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are

HomeKeep Hub designs and sells digital products for families — printable workbooks, routine charts, planners, prompt packs, and related digital files. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean HomeKeep Hub.

Digital Products & License

All products are digital downloads. When you purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal, household, non-commercial use only.

You may: download the files to any devices you personally own; print pages for your own household; share access with your immediate family or co-parenting household.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the files to any third party; publish or upload them to any public website, cloud folder, or file-sharing platform; use them for commercial purposes or client work; or modify or create derivative works for redistribution.

Orders & Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Once payment clears, download links and access instructions are delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

Refunds

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final except where a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described — in which case we'll fix it or refund that item within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer change-of-mind or satisfaction refunds. All refunds are subject to the fair-use and anti-abuse rules in our Refund Policy (contact us first, one refund per customer, your license ends on refund, and we may decline or block abuse). Intellectual Property

All content in the Services — workbook layouts, templates, illustrations, copy, prompts, and design — is the property of HomeKeep Hub and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Not Professional Advice

HomeKeep Hub products are organizational tools to help families run more smoothly. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, educational, legal, or otherwise).

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation or security of the Services.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeKeep Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
