<h2>Why We Do It This Way</h2>
<p>Homeroom Co. sells digital downloads. That means once you buy, you can access the files immediately, and you keep them forever. Because of that, most digital-product stores don't offer refunds at all. We do, because we'd rather you actually use the workbook than sit on a purchase you regretted.</p>

<h2>How to Request a Refund</h2>

  <li>Include your order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email — starts with #).</li>
  <li>Tell us in one sentence what didn't work. You don't need to justify it; we just want to learn.</li>

<p>We process refunds within <strong>3–5 business days</strong> to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary but usually add another 3–7 days.</p>

  <li><strong>You keep the files:</strong> We don't require you to delete downloaded PDFs or duplicated Notion templates. We trust you.</li>
  <li><strong>Full refund only:</strong> Because it's a bundle, we can't refund individual items within it.</li>
  <li><strong>Chargebacks:</strong> Please email us before disputing with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.</li>
