Homeroom Co. designs and sells digital products for families — printable workbooks, Notion templates, prompt packs, and related digital files. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Homeroom Co.

Digital Products & License

All products are digital downloads. When you purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal, household, non-commercial use only.

You may: download the files to any devices you personally own; print pages for use within your own household; share access with members of your immediate family or co-parenting household.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the files to any third party; publish or upload the files to any public website, cloud folder, or file-sharing platform; use the files for commercial purposes, client work, or in any product you offer for sale; modify or create derivative works for redistribution.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Once payment clears, download links and access instructions are delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital purchases. Full details in our Refund Policy. To request a refund, email homeroomteamco@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Services — including workbook layouts, templates, illustrations, copy, prompts, and design — is the property of Homeroom Co. and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Homeroom Co. products are organizational tools designed to help families run more smoothly. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, educational, legal, or otherwise). If you need professional guidance, please consult a qualified professional.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation or security of the Services.
